Only 4 ingredients that you whip up in your blender or food processor.
It tastes like it is bad for your but it isn’t.
- Food processor or blender
- 2 cups blueberries, frozen
- ⅓ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
