Carrot Apricot and Ginger Juice
- 4 large carrots halved
- 3 apricots
- 1 ½ inch ginger root more or less for acquired taste
- Wash and prep your veggies and fruit.
- Into the juicer feed the carrots, then the apricots and finish with the ginger root.
- Serve immediately over ice.
