This avocado, lime, and cilantro dressing is the bomb! I could eat right out of the bowl. I even drizzle it on my meat and veggies.
Try it on this grilled shrimp salad to take it over the top!
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lime juiced
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender, season with salt and pepper and blitz until smooth. Add additional water if necessary to achieve the desired texture.
